How to Apply (Water-Based Tattoos):

1. Clean and dry the skin.
2. Cut out the tattoo design and remove the clear top sheet.
3. Place the tattoo face down on the skin.
4. Press a damp cloth or sponge against the tattoo for 20–30 seconds.
5. Gently peel off the paper backing – your tattoo is ready to shine!

How to Remove:
