How to Apply (Water-Based Tattoos):
Clean and dry the skin.
Cut out the tattoo design and remove the clear top sheet.
Place the tattoo face down on the skin.
Press a damp cloth or sponge against the tattoo for 20–30 seconds.
Gently peel off the paper backing – your tattoo is ready to shine!
How to Remove:
Simply rub gently with baby oil, makeup remover, or warm soapy water until the tattoo lifts.
